Hecry leads the Speyside team in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. She has an extensive background in leading high-impact international affairs engagement, corporate affairs, strategic communications, and policy initiatives. She has a broad expertise in legislative processes and regulatory affairs. Before joining Speyside, she worked at different government institutions, such as INFO CDMX, focused on accountability, access to public information, and protection of personal data, where she was the open government director. She was also the general director of foreign affairs for the Mexican Senate for six years.
Among Hecry’s main areas of expertise, she has been supporting a wide range of international companies from different industries such as tech, fintech, financial services, crypto, and healthcare in Latam. Hecry has a master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a major in international business relations and telecommunications & technology.
