About

Global Network

We operate through our own local teams across Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Central & Eastern Europe—combining deep local insight with global expertise to support public and private sector clients in complex, high-growth markets.

Latin America

We established our local office in Brazil in 2009, followed soon after by Mexico and Colombia. Today these remain our top three offices in the region, followed by Peru, Chile and Argentina: with a track record delivering in a total of 22 markets.

In the early years our clients were mainly US and European multinational companies involved in foreign direct investment or other routes to market entry and growth.  In recent years this has diversified to include significant work for top-tier local conglomerates, public sector organizations and charitable foundations.

We stand out in the region because:

  • We have equal strength and depth in strategic communications and government relations, with most of our work on integrated campaigns.
  • Over 75% of our work is regional in nature, supporting clients in two or more countries with joined-up account management

Africa

We have been building and growing our teams and client base organically in Africa for more than ten years. We are particularly experienced in advising major global investors on stakeholder management, and ‘social license to operate’ work, particularly in social license to operate in mining, resources, technology and healthcare.

We also have a very strong digital / tech practice across Africa and equally strong healthcare experience, advising major international companies on issues around market entry, policy and regulatory issues and government engagement strategy.

Our footprint covers both Sub-Saharan Africa - where we have teams and experience in 27 countries, led out of hubs in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria - as well as in the key markets of North Africa, where we are often engaged on campaigns with our Middle East teams.

Central and Eastern Europe

Our team has provided strategic counsel, public policy tracking, outreach and engagement, thought leadership and reputation management in 20+ markets in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia since the mid-1990s.

In the earlier days, much of our work was based around supporting the waves of privatizations across the region, and the major foreign direct investment that characterised the period. We also developed the cross-border government relations and corporate communications campaign coordination systems and processes for major multinationals that underpin much of our work today.

We have a strong and deep footprint in the region, and our experience spans diverse industry sectors including digital / tech, sustainability, manufacturing, agribusiness, financial services, food and drink, travel and tourism, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Middle East

We have regional hubs in Riyadh (registered since October 2024) and Abu Dhabi, from where we coordinate in-country support in all six GCC markets. We have strong experience in Turkey, which serves as our de facto hub for work across Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan and the Greater Middle East.

Our work is focused on:

  • Corporate affairs and public policy strategy and hands-on implementation in markets within the Middle East region.
  • Working with major Middle East organizations to support them with growth and expansion in high-growth and Global South markets including in Africa and South and Southeast Asia

We have particular experience in the region in logistics, maritime, energy, digital / tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Asia Pacific

We have local teams in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Australia.

In China most of our work is focused on helping western multinational companies understand the complexities of the market and support market access & growth in a way that balances the needs of a complex range of different stakeholders.

In South and Southeast Asia, we also have a strong focus on support for multinationals, including many who are looking to diversify their supply chains out of China and/or are seeking a foothold in rapid-growth markets especially India and Indonesia where we are invested heavily in market leading capability.

In South and Southeast Asia, we also support leading local public and private sector organizations to play on the global stage: building reputation and relationships with media, investors, government and regulators.

Countries

We have on-the-ground capabilities in over 60 countries across the Global South. Explore our regional presence to see where our teams are active and delivering impact.
