Speyside helped a global pharmaceutical company strengthen local teams in emerging markets to improve access to early screening and management of cardiorenal complications of type 2 diabetes in five countries, delivering a master policy-shaping plan, tailored national strategies, stakeholder maps, and support for local implementation.
A global pharmaceutical company sought Speyside’s support to level up the capacity of different local teams in emerging markets to establish policy shaping agendas at the local level.
The general goal was to improve access to early screening and management of cardiorenal complications of type 2 diabetes in widely different national contexts (Kuwait, Taiwan, Turkey, Mexico, Malaysia).
Speyside designed a master policy shaping plan to improve access to early screening and management of cardiorenal complications in different national contexts.
The local teams, in collaboration with local Speyside consultants, developed strategic policy shaping goals to be implemented in the short and mid term. Such goals were based on national stakeholders and policy context mapping developed by Speyside.
Once a policy shaping agenda was established, Speyside provided support for its implementation at the local level.
