A global pharmaceutical company sought Speyside’s support to assess Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico’s readiness for a lung cancer screening program.
The general goal was to understand the regulatory landscape surrounding lung cancer detection and provide a series of policy recommendations on how a screening program could be implemented and a general policy plan to reach said goal.
Speyside designed a local assessment strategy, in which the regulatory situation was diagnosed, as well as the general situation of the disease in the country.
The Speyside team developed a policy report in which a diagnosis of the situation was presented, as well as the policy gaps.
The team collaborated with local advocacy groups and scientific community to build a series of policy recommendations that the company’s team can use in future engagements with policy makers.
