Healthcare policy strategist with more than 25 years leading international policy programmes for major healthcare multinationals. He has lived in, built and managed teams across Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and in recent years has focused on global and regional counsel to set policy strategy and frameworks.

Simonetta Ballali

Deputy Head of Healthcare, Medical Affairs Director

Medical affairs specialist with more than 18 years of experience in medical affairs and medical communications across oncology, rare diseases, neurology, ophthalmology and infectious diseases. She leads the team across projects to ensure cross-functional integration, while bringing a strong scientific lens across the entire product lifecycle, from development to patient access.

LATAM Healthcare Practice Lead

Physician and clinical epidemiologist with more than 12 years of experience in public health and health policy across Latin America, working with governments, NGOs, patient organisations and global pharmaceutical companies. She develops advocacy, policy and market access strategies, building consensus among stakeholders to translate evidence into action.

Associate Director, Healthcare Practice

Public policy specialist with more than 5 years of experience across ASEAN, leading health policy projects and advocacy programs for multinational clients. Her work covers stakeholder mapping, government engagement, and facilitation of multistakeholder consortiums to support positioning health priorities in multilateral agendas across APAC markets.
