Hemophilia: Understanding Challenges for Therapeutic Adherence
A pharmaceutical company partnered with Speyside to improve awareness around hemophilia in Mexico, focusing on the challenges of treatment adherence. Speyside assessed the healthcare landscape, mapped stakeholders, and led educational initiatives to build advocacy capacity. The project produced a strategic policy brief, hosted symposiums, and launched an ambassador program. As a result, it identified key barriers, strengthened patient organizations, and laid the groundwork for sustained advocacy and improved health outcomes.
